What we collect
We save a parent’s ten assessment answers, the teen’s age group and calculated SMART results. If you request the full report, we also collect your first name and email, optional relationship and WhatsApp number, and separate consent records. We do not request your child’s name, school or contact details.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your report immediately on screen and help our authorised team understand learning needs. The assessment is educational reflection, not a clinical assessment or prediction. Completing it does not enrol you in our existing email campaigns.
Your choices
Consent to save and provide your requested report is separate from optional ongoing email and WhatsApp marketing. Neither marketing checkbox is required. Automated follow-up messages remain disabled until an appropriate communication provider is configured. You can withdraw marketing consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing connect@pocketmoneyworkshop.com.
Privacy and storage
Contact details and answers are stored privately with access restricted to authorised administrators, and are not publicly searchable. Your current assessment is also saved in this browser’s session storage so you can return during the same browser session. Avoid completing it on a shared device. We use managed hosting and storage providers to operate the service, and do not sell your data.
Analytics and retention
Scorecard analytics record event names, an assessment version and a random session identifier. They do not send your email, phone number or individual answers to third-party analytics. General website advertising and cookie practices are described in our website privacy policy. We retain information only as needed to provide our educational services and comply with applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion.
