Who we are
Pocket Money Workshop ("we", "us") runs financial-literacy masterclasses, courses and school workshops for children aged 9–15. You can reach us at kirti@pocketmoneyworkshop.com.
What we collect
- Parent name, email address and WhatsApp number when you register.
- Child's age or grade and preferred class slot, when you provide it.
- School name and contact details for school workshop enquiries.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and email/WhatsApp open or click events, collected via cookies and tracking pixels.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. All registrations are made by a parent or guardian.
How we use it
- Sending you the masterclass joining link, reminders and updates.
- Scheduling batches and responding to your enquiries.
- Improving our website, content and advertising relevance.
Advertising and analytics cookies
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar technologies to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms. Where supported, contact details you submit may be shared with Meta in a hashed (irreversible) form for conversion matching. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: hosting and database, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging and payment/course platforms. We never sell your personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep registration data only as long as needed to deliver our programmes and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing kirti@pocketmoneyworkshop.com. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.
Security
Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
